Great practice. Receptionists are excellent as first point of call. Very helpful, discreetcand informative. Drs are good at listening and give a variety of options.

Superb surgery the only gripe I have is the patient announcer when the doctor is available. It sounds like it's on its last legs.

I did not need to contact my surgery for many years, however since October of last year I have needed to contact the surgery a number of times. I found the staff very helpful and patient despite difficulties because of shortage of staff. I do believe new staff have been recruited and things are excellent. Two doctors left and the third is leaving soon but the surgery was quick in making sure that there was enough cover for their patients. In an emergency I got an appointment same day, a telephone call within the week and was able to see the doctor within the week too. As a carer of my husband I have needed to make an appointment for him too and have had similar experiences as in my own case. I would recommend this surgery without any reservations
